Was their any doubt as to which game would take the number 1 spot? The game DOMINATED the 1990s.
Great timing fella, just got an Evercade VS for these.
Your showing the 2nd game, not the epic first game of Joe and Mac at 49. It should be in the top ten imo.
Your list is like 75% fighting games :/ WHat happened to Spy Hunter? Cyberball? TRON, for god's sake?
Watched a few of your vids and you got a good thing going. Take my likes and sub.
Way too fighting centric IMO.
Sega Rally sucks now? This dude is smoking something he shouldn't be. And why would someone put games they don't like on a top 50 list?
Obviously the graphics in the 90s were far superior to the 80s, but the 80s games seemed to have a lot more variety and character. They were willing to try anything in the 80s, and they came up with so many unique concepts. Maybe the limited hardware and graphics in the 80s forced them to focus on game play.
time crisis 2, wreselfest, final fight, simlaons, punisher, cadilac and dino…what a time. thanks to the godly devs, we have the best thing ever, mame!
What a cool top list video. A breath of fresh air in the sea of screen recorded churning without any commentaries. Good narration, looks like one of your hit videos so far on the channel. Nice one 👍
Basketball: For America, maybe Canada too:
Just an FYI:
Basketball was created by a Canadian
The very first professional basketball game played was in Toronto, Canada
You seriously did another list without the name/publisher/year visible at the bottom of the screen?
You choose very nice games very good job.
great list. thank you!
Did I miss wrestlefest?? That should definitely be in top 10 never mind top 50
Who voted for primal rage?
A little surprise that none of the DDRs didn't make the list, but maybe that would more likely be on an 00s Arcade list anyway since only DDR 1 and 2 actually released in the 90s (really late 90s at that)
My personal list would have included Police Trainer and Operation 911, but not sure if those ever left the states (well, 911 was Konami so it
probablywas also in Japan)Yeah, dude. Your list, although is solid. It's 75% fighting games that you have absolutely no idea how to play nor use the in game mechanics, to the very least. Kind of makes this list be based on a popularity level, as opposed to each entry's actual merit based on your experiences.
Great video, for me the order is almost the same but inverting MK with SF
Daytona USA and Sega Rally were the best racing games!
so is it your top 50 or you just did gameplay capture of games from some internet list?
Beat ‘em ups and fighting games r two different things bro
For those light gun games, I highly recommend using the Wii remote in a plastic gun with the Mayflash dolphinnbar. That is if you can pick up some cheap Wii controllers and gun cases for cheap. I have the pistol, "crossbow", and the Big Buck Hunter rifle cases. Makes all the light gun games really fun. If you can't find all that for cheap, then spend the money to get a really good gun like the Sinden.
