28. In the Pac-Man one, the ghosts were always in scatter mode.
    basically the ghosts have 3 different modes, Scatter: each ghost goes to a specific corner. Chase: Blinky follows you, Pinky tries to cut you off, Inky is randomized, Clyde never follows you. Frightened (occurs when you eat power pellet): the ghosts wander around.
    That's all you need to know about Pac-Man, I guess.
